Roman Danylak

Currently engaged in studies towards aPhD in Human-Computer Interaction at the Creativity and Cognition Studios UTS,specialising in gesture and emotion. Danylak has an academic background inEnglish Literature and Fine Arts, and has worked in collaborative Art andTechnology since 1996. Danylak has lectured in Interactive Art in theFaculty of IT at UTS and has presented papers at both local and internationalconferences in software, gaming, and interactive art. He has worked as a scriptassessor for the Australian National Playwrights Centre and published manycritical reviews on Art and Design in a variety of professional journals. Danylak has also worked in film, television, and theatre as both writer andperformer.
