<  gallery Stone/Cloth/Ink - Textures and Liquids ‘The rhythm and texture of moving cloth and the sea are my areas of exploration. In these images both still and moving I intend to represent some of the feelings evoked in me by a deep volume of water moving in a rhythmic sequence. How would it feel to swim through such a textural liquid.’ ‘My textures are captured via video of moving moire patterns in cloth, ink dispersing in water and replacement animation of a 3-dimentional clay figure. These textures are then layered together to create an engulfing volume of liquid. Sequences of still frames have been extracted from the video clips to create contact sheets.These experiments intend to develop into a short film.’		images statements biography personal account to follow
