A sensor system abstract design (programmed by Michael Quantrill) allowed participants to create a 2D/3D universe as a purely aesthetic experience. proposed work A sensor system proposal/performance will look at the transition point between mystical and normal consciousness. A set of 10 sculptures is a diary of his individual spiritual quest. Of these the Zoroastrian Icarus is being reverse engineered at 2 metres high by laser scanning and rapid prototyping.
