Registration Information:

In-Person Registration will be available all day Sunday 26 November and Monday 27 November outside the corresponding Theatre or Seminar rooms. If you have registered prior to the conference, please report in person to the Registration Desks upon your arrival to receive your conference pack and sign in. The desks will be located as below:

Sunday 26 November - UTS Building 2 - Level 4 - Theatre 13

Monday 27 November - UTS Building 10 - Level 4 - Seminar Room 460

Presentation Formats:

**If you are presenting in early morning sessions, please arrive 30 minutes prior to start time to load your presentations. If you are presenting in later morning or afternoon sessions, please report to your theatre or seminar room in the break prior to your scheduled time. A technician will be there to greet you and upload your presentation materials.**

Keynotes: 45 minutes in length (30 minutes to present, 15 minutes Q&A)

Long Presentations: 30 minutes in length (20 minutes to present, 10 minutes Q&A)

Short Presentations: 15 minutes in length (10 minutes to present, 5 minutes Q&A)

Please store your presentations on a memory stick, DVD or CD to be uploaded to a central system. If you require specific software, please alert the Symposium Manager (Deborah Turnbull) and bring your own laptop.
